We both loved the shower with the choice of 2 shower heads (overhead rain or handheld /) The towels were plentiful and very soft and luxurious! "What I liked about this place was the price and location. The bakery was also good for coffee and pastries. Rooms are tiny and the place is noisy, noisy, noisy. Holy heck, why don't hotels tell the cleaning staff to keep it down in the hallways when people are sleeping before 10 a.m.? There was way too much yelling and talking going on and loudly and it didn't help that we were near the elevator. Staff was nice but often only one person at the desk. Drinks at bar were excellent. "We had a wonderful stay! The location couldn't be better—walking distance to Times Square, Central Park, and Broadway. Everything was very clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. We were on the go too much to hang out at the bar, but we really appreciated the complimentary wine hour feature."

"Doorman was fabulous! The room was a great size for a family of 4 with big kids. Room decor was fun, elevators were fast! Staff helpful. Room had some nicks and scratches, but it was clean and turn down service was great. The location is really great. Close enough to time square, close tomRockerfeller and 5th Ave, but quieter and not in the mix of all the chaos. Easy to get on subway and walk to destinations."

"Spent 4 nights at Hyatt Grand Central. It is conveniently located and sits right next door to Grand Central Terminal. If you plan to use public transit, this hotel is the one for you. "My stay at this hotel was horrible. It was my wedding day. Notbonly di i call ahead to respond to the early check-in courtesy. I was griiled about a 50 dollar fee for twenty mins befre regular checkin..Then i fianlly get to the room and. There wernt any washcloths.. the towels were dingy and luckily i had already showered because the toiletries consisted of a tube of 2n1 shampoo/conditioner and a body wash, both of which were 3x smaller than a travel size tooth paste.
