"The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful but the property itself needs work. The bathroom door in my room was broken, the toilet was unsteady and the condition of the stairwell was not great. The second day that I was there, there was no maid service (trash not emptied, coffee not replaced, two paper cups not replaced). The service in the hotel bar was not at all good. I would not stay here again."

"Toilet leaked, room smelled moldy. Elevators old and shaky, beds were very uncomfortable. Tv service was intermittent at best. Lobby was clean and nice but the rest of the hotel wasn’t even close."

"The staff was very professional and very helpful. The rooms were OK. They were not the cleanest, the beds were made, and the showers definitely needed some TLC and a good scrub down. The lobby area was OK. The design and set up was nice. However, the furniture was made of cloth and you could see stains that a good shampoo of the upholstered furniture would have made a better impression when First checking in. The leather furniture could have used a good scrub down as well. Although the staff was helpful and very professional, the establishment could use a little more care in their facility. If you’re paying about four to $500 for a room for a weekend times however many hotel rooms are booked. Use some of the money to really update and clean your establishment and I feel like taking a little pride in what you have and take really good care of it will go a long way with your guests and potential guests. Thank you."
