"Room smelled like smoke. They either give someone the wrong access or the person has a master key. Someone walked into our room at 4am in the morning and they had a key to our door."

"It’s easy to miss as you’re driving down a busy 4 lane divided road. A larger sign would be helpful. An automatic door at the entrance would be fantastic as I tripped on the rug and fell upon arrival to check in. I had a medium sized wheeled bag that got hung up on the door and fighting to get the door back open to get my luggage in and a corner of the entry rug was curled up, it was a recipe for disaster. An automatic door would have most definitely prevented that. I was ok, a decent size...

"The hotel felt more like a motel. The bathroom has been poorly redone. There was mold in the shower and overall it didn’t feel clean. It was fine for one night, but a lower quality than the standard level of room you get at these large chain hotels. I stayed here the night before a marathon that started right down the street. Our room temperature remained at a scorching 81 degrees throughout the night. I reached out to the property and they suggested we lowered it to 40-50 degrees.
