"Very clean rooms with lots of space. Breakfast was good. Pool was good temp for kids."

"This is an older hotel that they’re trying to fix up . We had paint chips on the rug, part of the wall was replastered poorly and pictures were peeling away from their frames. One mattress had a spring poking out. Carpeting was new and rooms were clean enough but I don’t think that warrants an 8.0 rating."

"Stayed 4 days they only clean the room every 3rd day. The vending machine was out of order and the wi-fi was spotty. Could not consistently access Netflix, etc. It’s a fair value but definitely shows its age and minimal extras. The staff were good."

"This hotel was the worst hotel I ever stayed in my 64 years. First they never clean your room. Stayed 6 nights There was never anyone at from desk. Always waited 30 minutes Key cards had to be reprogrammed everyday. The carpet in the hallways never vacuum. They were filthy But advertised free breakfast. There is none. Sign says ask for one but there was never anyone there. Only coffee pot Total false advertising They had me at room close to front desk. Could never sleep because people...

"Perfect stay for a girls weekend. The room was so spacious for our group and we appreciate the full size fridge/freezer. Breakfast had such an amazing variety with healthy options. We also had a ton of fun using the pool. Staff were all very kind throughout our stay!"

"The room was clean and comfortable. The Breakfast options were great. The Night Manager at check time gave us excellent advice on when to leave for the Brewer game. (go earlier than you might think! Big attendance during the stretch run, so the lot access and parking can be challenging - She was correct!)"

"Rose clean shower was good. I only stayed there for about five hours as my flight was delayed so I left before breakfast so it’s hard to come done anything else."

"I reserved and paid for a room with a jacuzzi. When we arrived, we weren’t told that there was not a Jacuzzi in our room and when I went down to speak to the front desk person they said oh it’s not always guaranteed. What? Why would I have to pay for that then?"

"The carpet was damp and the room smelled really musty. The tiny dehumidifier they put in the room did not help. The sink would not drain. The carpet was stained. There were people loudly talking outside at all hours of the day. We will not being staying there again."

"I was told upon arrival the hotel had overbooked and although I paid up front for my room at booking there was no room held for me. I was forced at 11pm at night to find another hotel with availability which ended up being over 20 mins away which was another uber ride and by the time it was sorted and I made it to the other hotel it was 1am. I have never experienced this before; the staff approach was brutal with the response being " you will have to find another hotel, we overbook all the time...
