"There was nobody at the front desk to check us in. After a long day of traveling, we did not need to wait to get to our room. There was no housekeeping service even though we were staying 3 nights unless a special request was made. The tv did not work, and when we called for assistance nobody answered. There was no coffee at breakfast as well as waffle batter. Disappointing for the price we paid to stay there."

Ideal for student familles and visitors to the medical center No onsite restaurant but a pantry where you can buy basic microwave meals . We stayed in a suite which was twice the size of a normal hotel room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed . "

We called the front desk and spoke with Melanie, who said the hotel was fully booked so we couldn’t switch rooms, but that an engineer would come up to fix the AC. "The staff was wonderful!!! With the stressful reason I was there they were so friendly and helpful. The cafe was great I ate there multiple times during my stay. The staff made me feel very welcome that I would definitely go back. "
