"5 stars for everything except the bathroom. The lighting is HORRIBLE. There is no regular shower head. The default shower head is a rainfall shower head. You have to reach through the water to adjust the temp/turn on and off so it is impossible not to get your hair wet. If you want to use the handheld attachment instead, the water sprays through a gap in the shower door and water covers the bathroom floor. It's an extremely poor design."

"First and foremost, this was the BEST hotel I have EVER STAYED IN!! With the exception of the Brown Palace here are the positives >Absolutely CLEAN- everywhere! >Breakfast- so darn good everyday! >Kitchen Staff- accommodating! >Front staff-ALWAYS kind and helpful! >Cleaning staff very detailed oriented!
