"NOT A HOTEL - Fraud!!!! The pictures do not even match. He has fake pictures of a hotel fountain, lobby, airport views, restaurant, neon signs, train station, stocked fridge, gourmet food— none of this exists, it is a residential house in an uncomfortable neighborhood. The guy didn’t answer his phone for my 3pm checkin so I went elsewhere, then he ignored Expedia and declined a refund. I’m reporting him to the state bureau of investigations for fraud."

"I got a room here just to get something close to a nearby festival. Had no idea what I was getting myself into, this place was such a treat. Staff was great, breakfast was great, beds were comfy, I can't say enough about how good our experience was."
