"The gym seriously needs a refresh and the non spa pool needs a revamp and better service. The spa pool is beautiful but you can only get access by booking spa treatments daily to gain access. Lovely resort but in major need of modernization."

"The elevator got stuck and my colleague was stuck for 2 hours in it after she just checked in. It was 930pm/10pm when she got out. Her phone died while she was in there. When she got out, she realized she left her charger at home and uber'd one from target. As a courtesy, it would have been nice if they lent her the charger to use. They let her use it at the desk. But, after being stuck for 2 hours from 730pm - 930pm, the hospitable thing to do would have been to lend it to her to use in her...
