"It was very clean and beautiful and quiet. No other guests when we stayed. The bar tender was very kind and sweet. The only real dock on rating for us is that the food was hit or miss for the price and there were two locals in the bar at dinner that were super annoying and made our dinner experience very uncomfortable. "I had mixed feelings about my stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Las Colinas. There is a lot to love about this hotel. The property is beautiful, the rooms are elegant and comfortable, and the bed and pillows were exceptional. I slept very well, and the overall ambiance is exactly what you would expect from a luxury hotel. However, my experience was overshadowed by one major issue. The view from my balcony overlooked construction dumpsters and debris instead of the beautiful surroundings. For a room...

"The hotel was beautiful and so well kept . We visited the water park and that was super fun ! It was my brother n law birthday and they decorated our room so good. All staff we encountered were super friendly and very helpful"
