"I wanted to share some concerns about our arrival experience.
We arrived at approximately 4:15 p.m., but our room was not ready. We were given an amenity key, but it did not work, so we had to return to the front desk to get a replacement. We then went to the pool while waiting, but our room was not ready until around 5:30 p.m.
The staff was nice, but we did not feel they were overly accommodating given the situation. In addition, the restaurant was unable to accommodate us for dinner or breakfast, even though it appeared to be half empty. Traveling with children makes this especially difficult, as meals and timing are harder to work around.
Overall, this was a frustrating start to our stay and did not feel like the level of service we expected. I would appreciate it if you could review what happened and let me know if there is anything you can do to make this right."
