"The property is currently under renovations however it is safe and you appreciate that they are taking care of the building and you can still enjoy the beautiful common areas and the beach is right across the street to walk too so it doesn’t get any better than that. We enjoyed our stay very much, check in was a little delayed but not a big deal. "

"Very clean, loved the modern decor & amenities & you are right on the beach! Slept with window open so we could hear the ocean waves. Only downside to being right on the beach is there is early morning noise, trash trucks & people although if we had the windows closed the noise would have been more muffled. Wonderful deck to sit, have a drink & watch the waves, we saw a pod of dolphins while we were the at the end of April. They have beach chairs, boogey & surfboards, even sand buckets & toys for the kids hotel guests can use. Wonderful hotel will definitely stay there again."

"when the name Hilton is attached to the primary location, one would expect more than what the Fin Hotel represented under the "Tapestry Collection". I was not impressed at all. The view from my room was tiny version of a used car lot. I brought my own coffee pot and water. The restaurant adjacent to the lobby called for a reservation which I was not informed of this at check in. After I was granted permission to dine this establishment , I placed an order for a Grey Goose brand vodka martini. The server's eyes bulged and he suddenly looked faint. He immediately began to procrastinate over what I ordered verses what they had to offer. Finally he admitted that they only had the "house" brand which was an unfamiliar rye grain vodka label. Perhaps something found at World Market. The biggest disappointment was the fact that there was no bathtub. Since I was only there for one day. I could have parked on the street at no charge. Rather having to pay $28.00 for parking inwhich I had to drag my luggage some distance to the hotel lobby. (I'm 76 years old.) I thought under the Hilton name this location would reflect considerable representation? But it did not. This location made Best Western look like a palace."

"Breakfast wasn’t terrible, you get what you get type stuff, the ice machine was down the entire trip, other than that it was good"

"In my 43 years is life, I've never stayed in a more repulsive place. There was a roach on the headboard when i walked in. The bathroom was water damaged and moldy. The freezer was filled with dirty ice layers that was dripping onto the fridge shelves. The walls are so thin, I had to listen to the upstairs neighbor stomp around until very late into the night. I have a lot more pictures reflecting the poor conditions, but Hotels.com won't upload them. Book at your own risk. "
