"The person that checked me into the hotel was rude and condescending about parking. The pool, hot tub, and fitness center were closed. The pillows on the bed were hard and way too thick. Only one regular coffee pod in the room and I had to move the coffee maker from where it was located to the bathroom because there were no unused electrical plug-in spots available. No real bar available. I rarely do negative reviews. However, this was my first and last visit to this hotel."

"This is a nice hotel. However, it feels rather dated compared to the multiple newer, looking hotels in the immediate neighborhood. The rooms need refreshing the bathrooms need updating. There is a restaurant, but the prices were a little steep, but the front desk Staff were accommodating."

"The hotel was ok overall but I wouldn't pay extra for breakfast. Even as a "GRAB N GO" style, there wasn't much to eat. All they had was tiny muffins ganola bars and coffee. No fruits, no juice, no cereal..."

"After a delayed flight, I called for airport transfer (which was advertised) and they said it stopped at 11pm. After Ubering, when I arrived, no one was in the lobby. When he did come out there was no apology for making me wait and no apology when I told him of the transportation issue. I just wanted a little bit of polite acknowledgement. A refund of my Uber cost would have been nice."

"Breakfast is just okay, would be better with croissants, bagels, the next step up from plain bread and dispensed basic cereals. Shutlle to/from airport is very good. Not much local public transit except a nearby bus that comes once an hour and is nearly an hour from downtown. Routes recently changed so check with local transit authority, but staff there can be very helpful or rude. A few restaurants are in the nearby hotels, but almost none close by that are freestanding/walkable. Overall, good...

"Front desk agents were great. Buffet staff nice and helpful also. Buffet itself was ok, would've loves some bacon as that is normally as common breakfast item. Pool was closed for maintenance, but we were sent down the road to Embassy for pool. Parking was easy and convenient. Suite was very spacious and comfortable."

"This hotel is terrible. Pick something else. Expedia should remove this hotel. The room was dirty and the property accepts dogs, which bark. The breakfast consisted of only a coffee machine, packets of oatmeal and baggied muffins. Not even any juice. When I asked the front desk how that’s considered “breakfast” they said it’s grab-n-go. What a joke! Also, I asked where the ice machine was and they handed me a tray of ice cubes! You’ve got to be kidding!!!! Come on Expedia, represent better...

"This is an old, out dated hotel. It is understaffed and in poor condition.i waited 15 minutes for check-in because the front desk lady was folding laundry. The elevator didn't work. The tv didn't work. The hair dyer didnt work. The room phone wasn't connected. Hallways hadn't been vacuumed. Very dirty place."

The female manager on the other hand was rude and dismissive when I brought up my service animal and how she could not charge a pet fee due to having a service animal. She brought up that Missouri does not count support animals as service animals ands when I informed her that while that may be true, support animals are protected under Federal Law as service animals and she could not charge me a pet fee, she was dismissive of me...
