We had originally booked a Panoramic Seaview Room but after requesting a baby cot, we were informed that the room couldn’t accommodate one. The team kindly moved us to a Deluxe Seaview Room instead — though the bathroom was smaller and didn’t have a bathtub, the cot fit comfortably beside the bed. "Had a high expectation because of the newness of the hotel. The price that we paid also not cheap for the amount of sqm we were getting. Location is great. Walking distance to Orchard Rd, and easy to access by taxi or Grab. Lobby was beautiful and has a very nice open door and beach vibe. Staff were helpful and direct, was expecting a more friendly and helpful gestures. Even with the status I have from Hotels.com - I didn't get any upgrade or additional perks. Overall stay is OK. "
