"The check-in staff was great and the bed was comfortable. That’s really all that I can say about our experience that was positive at this hotel. We had to wedge towels under our door to keep roaches from coming in under the 1.5” gap which spanned the entire doorway. The exterior was beyond filthy and the people hanging around the rooms outside had lawn chairs, were smoking and drinking beer…so we had to step around them in order to get to the front door of our hotel room with our bags. "Room was nice and perfect. Its location to the pool was also great. Had plenty of room for our family. Both pools are big and have jacuzzis attached to them. Construction was a problem with getting in and out of the property at times and sone of the tops of the other condos are not repaired and have plastic blowing in the wind which makes for unpleasant look when out in the pool. "

"Well yes it was clean , but the staff leave furniture wood pieces without taking care of it and it was a bad experience for us because I had a elderly people hungry to get ready to eat and we have to move all the pieces of wood and stuff from the table , the AC works ok but I doesn’t be enough for the bedroom room if you don’t leave the door open .
