"I’m honestly really disappointed with this stay. We paid a lot of money to be here, expecting to enjoy all the amenities, especially the pool, and it was completely unavailable the entire time. No warning when booking, no proper explanation, nothing. That was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, and it completely ruined the experience. For the price we paid, this was unacceptable. If you’re going to charge premium prices, at least make sure your amenities are actually usable or be upfront about closures. Definitely not worth the money."
