"Most of Westminster College is used for students. The room was comfortable and had a mini kitchen. The breakfast included in the cost of the room is a full English breakfast, and was excellent. Be aware that the rooms are not cleaned daily - you can expect rooms to be cleaned every 3 days, however you can get extra supplies from Reception. I highly recommend the property."

"I should have gotten a code from the owner by 2pm so we could enter/ access the key. Arrived at property around 4pm. Had zero communication from property, despite me messaging on Expedia and also the mobile number provided. (When ringing the number it didn’t even call). Could not enter the property and we was stood outside with our luggage. A gentleman saw us and informed us the property/ room is no longer available and closed!! We were stranded in London with our luggage with nowhere to go....

You require a code to get through the door and then a second code which you enter on the door handle of your room, so no keys are required.
