"The hotel is a nice place. The staff on the other hand is absolutely terrible!! They are rude, snippy and act as though they don’t want to be bothered. The room was not cleaned and I had to ask for more towels. I do t care how nice the facilities are if the staff is like this and my room doesn’t get cleaned then it’s no different than staying in a flop house."

"There were people smoking marijuana when we arrived at 8 PM. The staff was outside the hotel's front entrance, just hanging out. There was mold on our bathroom ceiling. The comforter on the bed had cigarette burns on it. The room had a strong odor. The furniture was old and needed replacing. The small mini fridge wasn't suitable for storing food."
