"I had a adjoining room as we were there for 7 days. Really nice ...they accommodated the room preference as it was something I decoded on spot upon arriving. Overall eveything was good. But I do need more stuff in breakfast...."

"Our favorite place to stay, convenient to everything, the staff are lovely, if your a SHOW member at Skycity then even better. Cheaper or FREE parking depending on the status of your membership. There is a nice terrace outside (where you can vape or smoke), a gym with basic gear (still better than nothing) a sauna and spa. The restaurants are yummy. The East Day Spa is an amazing, beautiful treat. We can't wait to stay again. Highly recommend and its even better when Expedia have a special."

"Good location, nice modern, well appointed clean rooms, concierge service excellent. The only disappointment was the rooftop bar was closed both nights during our stay."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location. Close to Queen Street, skytower the waterfront. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower could do with a little more water pressure and there were a few broken tiles that need replacing but other than that thr room was great. We had dinner amd breakfast at the restaurant and both were very tasty and enjoyable."
