"When booking this place looked great for our needs.....but after paying and getting checkin info we found out the pool was closed but yet there were people swimming but our key cards would not open the door. 1 of 3 of our cards worked at all.

"Not a pleasant experience. We booked this place and was notified less than 48 hours prior that they accidentally overbooked due to computer error and cancelled our reservation. Management was less than friendly nor did they try to find us another accommodation. A simply "sorry" is poor customer service which left us in a bind at the last minute. Will not book here again. "

"The hotel was okay, but not as nice as it looks in the pictures. The staff were the best part of our stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

They gave us a new room, but we had to haul everything back down to the front desk to get the new key. The new room was also on a lower floor and didn't have as nice a view as the one we were first assigned.
