"The check in was great. I had a great experience with Sue on check in. Upon check out I was asked about my medical support animal and specific HIPPA questions. I offered a letter from my doctor which was declined upon checking in and when I offered it after being confronted about it upon check out, the woman decided she didn’t need it. She asked me specifically why I had the animal in front of other customers. It was rude. I offered to hand her a letter and she could read why. If this is how you do business I am never interested in returning. She then scoffed that it was a cat and not a dog. He has been specifically trained to notice changes in my behavior.
