"I stayed on the 5th floor and was grateful for the (very slow) elevator. The room was relatively quiet for London but the heater did not manage to heat against the cold air coming through the not very well insulated window early January when it was freezing outside. The room was of reasonable size and all key items you would expect (kettle, cup, tea, coffee, wardrobe and TV) available. The TV didn't work, but I got that fixed through bringing the remote to reception and a change of batteries,...
