"The Hotel staff were really lovely and helpful... And the hotel and room were very clean, the only downfall for us was even though we booked a cosy room, it was ridiculously small would be OK for 1 person but not 2, it got very claustrophobic... But everything else was excellent... So my advice would be to book a bigger room."

"Such a great spot. One stop from O2 and near shops and restaurants. Very quiet and all amenities catered for. Rooms are very small so be aware. I would like to see a slightly better deal on the smaller rooms. It would make me more likely to return."

"Pros: Clean room, air conditioning was nice, and the location was great. So close to so many shops, food, theaters etc. Hotel is also right next to the underground. Staff was nice, some were more helpful than others. Cons: The price for what you get is not great. You’re essentially paying for the convenience of the location. "The hotel is solid, well-located and a bit ordinary. Breakfast is a bit meh. BUT - we were travelling with a wheelchair and the place is wonderfully accessible and the hotel staff super helpful. The accessible room was excellent. As some reviewers have noted, a large powerchair might have trouble with the elevator, but even so i think you could make it ;) we had a small powerchair and it was no trouble.
