"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing.
The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"The staff here were exceptional. Every detail was attended to - they greeted us promptly, helped with directions, held our bags all day and made everything easy. Even greeted with a bottle of wine and.thoughtful note.

"The staff are really nice and friendly, but the service itself is inconsistent; sometimes the staff fail to respond to requests.
The rooms are good size but not spacious with issues in the design, such as window not opening because it’s blocked by curtain rail, or if you open closet door it blocks bathroom entrance, pound sound from aircon, etc.
Most rooms have a terrible view, with some you cannot even open the curtain, such as room on ground floor with window overlooking hotel restaurant!...

"One of the loveliest stays that I have had traveling abroad.! The location is everything – could not have chosen a more central location to experience London.
