"I've been traveling for decades, and our stay here (for a couple) was perhaps the best ever. We booked a Deluxe Room, which apparently was upgraded to a Deluxe Suite at the corner of the property (windows on two sides!). The bathroom was to die for: a spacious monument of granite and glass, with a big old style bathtub and a shower with amazing water pressure. The restaurant was gorgeous and comfortable, and the food was delightful. I liked the "Honesty Bar" where any time of day you can...

"Beautiful hotel offering a 5* experience in central London. Staff were exceptional and the room was immaculately clean and well-provisioned. The bed was very comfortable, linen and towels of a high quality and we were very comfortable. The air conditioning was not hugely effective and quite loud but this did nothing to spoil our stay."

"Great property in the heart of Covent Garden. Stayed here with my wife for 6 nights and we enjoyed it. The room was clean, decorated nice, and had a large bathroom with plenty of space. We enjoyed being close to all sorts of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The location was within a 5 minute walk of the underground which made it convenient for travel around town and to and from Heathrow. Loved it and would stay here again. "
