"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"My favorite place to stay in London. It feels like a home away from home with a splash of special-ness. The location is amazing; a pedestrian street, safe neighborhood, close to a tube station (you can take Piccadilly line straight from Heathrow to Covent Garden and walk a few blocks to the hotel). "We booked this particular hotel for two reasons. 1) How amazingly well placed it is, so close to the main shopping streets, the theatre district, chinatown and travel links 2) Each room has a mini kitchenette with coffee machine, microwave, sink and fridge (the fridge alone made it worth it with the weather being so warm) What we didn't plan for was just how brilliant the staff were.
