The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"My husband and I booked the Page8 very last minute due to a hotel switch. We were overly impressed with the night manager and staff. They were professional, polite, accomodating and truly helped us in a bit of a panick. The hotel was beautiful, extremly clean, bedding was amazing and I highly recommend staying here. "Lovely hotel although our room was quite small and had a poor outlook. The room was noisy as other guests came and went along the corridor and adjacent rooms. Service was not up to usual standards having stayed on several occasions and on other Firmdale hotels. A bit disappointed but won’t put us off the other Firmdale locations."

"Our air conditioner did not work, our room was very hot. The maintenance came to fix it at least 4 times, they ended up giving us a very loud Dyson floor standing unit to help cool the room, the day before we left it started to get better. No one seamed to care."
