"Nice hotel. Great location for theater and touring near Trafalgar Square. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were bigger than expected and in good condition. We added a rollaway bed for our daughter and it fit well. We didn’t have any noise problems which is often a problem in larger cities. There is a nice coffee shop downstairs that hotel guests can access from the lobby. . I would definitely stay here again. "

"Very nice hotel with an excellent location in the center of Westminister across from Trafalgar Square. Clean room, very good restaurant attached to the hotel, and reasonably priced by London standards. Only negative we had was with our checking and lack of communication by the staff as why our room was not ready and when we could get in. Would recommend for anyone looking to explore central London."

"Amazing location. Had a superior single which was small but roomy enough for a couple of nights. Very clean but did find bed a bit uncomfortable and pillows not good at all. However nice bathroom and shower good."

"The location is brilliant, the concept is fantastic and the design is clever. The capsule is a reasonable size (a bit like a small tent) and comes with power socket, light, fan and two hooks. The washroom was large and abundant with toilets, showers and sinks. Slept very well indeed. Perfect for a couple of nights. They can rent towels, earplugs and a padlock if you don’t have them already. "

"Room was clean; staff were friendly and helpful; location was ideal for sightseeing and travel to other areas in England for day trips (easy walk to Euston Station and St. Pancras/Kings Cross). Underground is an easy walk from hotel and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby for meals and souvenirs. There are two parks at either end of the block for enjoying nature. I especially enjoyed the cafe and pub onsite for days when I didn’t want to go back out for dinner. Would recommend staying here for location and value. "
