Sure, some of the elements are “basic” but the staff is fantastic, the bed is very comfortable, the breakfast while limited in choice, it hits the mark and I appreciated having all food and drink included as part of the room type that I chose. I lively new hotels with brilliant family rooms. However the noise from the cafe areas below went on all through the night and with single glazing you could hear everything - if you want to be in the centre of everything this hotel is great. If you want a peaceful nights sleep you need to chose somewhere else.

The room was clean. The hotel is positioned right next to Leicester Square, with plenty on dining options. National Gallery, Trafalgar Square and other sites i walking distance.
