"Incredible service across the board. Friendly welcomes, helpful staff. I loved watching guests and staff greet each other as old friends every morning at breakfasts - it's clear there are a LOT of regulars. Our room was so comfortable, layout was ideal for traveling with kids. Loved the views. Loved the service. Definitely a favorite hotel experience. "

"We go to London often and this is by far the best hotel we've stayed at. The location is perfect! The staff was so kind to us, we felt like royalty, and took care of our every need. The rooms are spacious with beautiful furnishings and the bathrooms were heavenly. There is also a drawing room with an honor bar that is just for hotel guests and it was absolutely lovely! "
