"I think this was my fourth or fifth time staying there. All I can tell you is that everything about it is perfection, but not in a stuffy way. Five stars on every count was not an exaggeration. The staff are so warm and welcoming and treat you like an old friend even on the first visit. The location couldn’t be any better. "Our air conditioner did not work, our room was very hot. The maintenance came to fix it at least 4 times, they ended up giving us a very loud Dyson floor standing unit to help cool the room, the day before we left it started to get better. No one seamed to care."

We rented a club room which included drinks and food at the cafe 24/7 which was very nice. The bathroom was a little strange and uncomfortable for us as it was myself, my husband, and my 22 year old daughter. The bathroom is made of frosted glass so you can still see into the bathroom and hear everything."
