"This has been our “go-to” hotel for twenty plus years. Something has changed on this visit. We arrived only to find water dripping from ceiling in bathroom! Alternative room was next to outdoor bar/seating area — meaning loud. The GM was kind to provide a one night-free apology which, while appreciated, was not the wonderful experience we have come to receive at The Stafford.
