"Awesome property, great staff and roomy comfortable accommodations. Breakfast is awesome. On-site restaurant (Kerriges) is superb. Quiet location close to shopping, shows and the Underground. Bring a device that can Cast your content to TV so you don't have to try to find something to watch on the confusing TV/Media System, the channel guide is awful. The WiFi is lightning fast and great for streaming."

"The staff, the staff, the staff. Premier location, an exceptionally elegant facility, but its superiority nonetheless began and ended with the staff. In years of travel we have never been so welcomed and well-cared for as here. We planned a rigorous quick-hit visit to London (my wife’s first) before traveling on. At the end of each busy day we found ourselves eagerly looking forward to returning to the Executive Lounge."

"This is the first time that we have stayed at the Conrad St.James. We had booked it mainly due to the location for our events whilst in London. We booked a King Executive room which gave us all the space to get ready with out being cramped. The bed was really comfy and the amenities in the rooms were good. Our only critique of the room is that there was no full length mirror and the only mirror to dry your hair in front of was on the wall behind the coffee machine that housed the wine and water...

"Hotel is unassuming and blends into the street almost unnoticeable. Old building, cute and clean room. Daily room cleaning if you want it, if not they offer a free drink at the bar for declining. Bar is open 24h a day. Breakfast offered at additional cost but didn’t look appealing. There are street vendors and restaurants in the area that had better options.
