At check-in I was informed that the room would not be cleaned for a 2-night stay which I thought was a bit odd - it should have been presented in a different way as a question. The food & service at the restaurant was excellent. The main glitch was AC did not work properly first night & I woke up sweating. They fixed it next day. At those nightly rates, it would have been appropriate to issue a credit for the AC issue & I told them so at the front desk. It did...

"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

Had a bit of a faulty towers feel to the place while we were there with fire alarms going off for hours, elevators not working and bars closing at random times.
