"The property looks like a five star hotel but unfortunately it is not. It is understaffed, staff are not always helpful…(some staff are excellent but clearly too far stretched) whilst others are poor.A leaking shower base meant my trousers got wet, instead of offering to sort them (as I would expect for a conde Nast hotel) I was told to dry them with a hairdryer. No turn down service, and we were offered a free drink to compensate, asked for baileys - but there was a huge problem with that and...

"One of the loveliest stays that I have had traveling abroad.! The location is everything – could not have chosen a more central location to experience London. The staff was amazing, very kind, very helpful and very cheerful. Rooms are clean, well, arranged, and amenities spot on.. definitely will stay again on the next trip over. Highly Recommend !"

"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."
