"3泊したがターンダウンサービスはだったの1日だけ。タオルやらお水などは補充されないのでいちいちコンシェルジュに電話した。また、2日目はバスルームに大きめなガラスの破片が数個落ちていて足を切らなかったことに感謝した。昼間，掃除が入ったはずなのになぜガラスの破片が落ちているのか不思議。きっと掃除はしていないのか。すぐに掃除機をかけに来てもらった。また、２日目にドライヤーが壊れて動かなくなりまた、電話で持ってきてもらった。とにかく５つ星ホテルというのはウソだと思った。ポンコツホテルですね。"

"Outstanding Hospitality! As soon as we arrived at the Royal Horseguards Hotel we were warmly greeted by the doorman Mr. Pervez. Mr. Pervez along with the desk staff treated us like royalty. The hotel lobby is stunning. The room was comfortable. I don't recommend the rooms with views of Thames during the spring/summer months because the foliage obscured the view. "We were in London for just one night only and thought it would be an opportunity to try a hotel that we have not previously booked before. This will absolutely be THE hotel we choose for all of our future London stays. Absolutely wonderful service - anticipating needs and going above and beyond. The amenities are outstanding. We were celebrating our 37th wedding late and they left us a beautiful (and delicious) chocolate cake in our room. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. ...
