"This is a high quality hotel in the middle of Westminster and close to the St James Park tube station. The rooms are fitted out to a high standard (tile floors, top quality bathroom fittings etc) and are fully equipped. At a time of very high hotel prices in London this was a good find; a top quality room at a medium (for London) price. I would recommend."

"It was really unfortunate that there had been a heat wave which killed the aircon for a lot of rooms - mine included. So hot and uncomfortable without it but I realise that this is possibly not the norm for the hotel. Staff of course were powerless. Front of house staff (doorman) was a little rude to us on arrival which surprised me. Other staff were lovely. No water in room. No bathroom amenities other than a shower cap. "We loved this hotel The location was great - right by Trafalgar Square where there is always something going on. We were concerned about the noise level at night because of the location, but the second we closed the window all the street noise disappeared. We would definitely stay here again."
