Rooms a bit small but very nice and very clean. Lobby is absolutely gorgeous! Location is excellent, close to many main attractions and underground around the block. "3泊したがターンダウンサービスはだったの1日だけ。タオルやらお水などは補充されないのでいちいちコンシェルジュに電話した。また、2日目はバスルームに大きめなガラスの破片が数個落ちていて足を切らなかったことに感謝した。昼間，掃除が入ったはずなのになぜガラスの破片が落ちているのか不思議。きっと掃除はしていないのか。すぐに掃除機をかけに来てもらった。また、２日目にドライヤーが壊れて動かなくなりまた、電話で持ってきてもらった。とにかく５つ星ホテルというのはウソだと思った。ポンコツホテルですね。"

"We were in London for just one night only and thought it would be an opportunity to try a hotel that we have not previously booked before. This will absolutely be THE hotel we choose for all of our future London stays. Absolutely wonderful service - anticipating needs and going above and beyond. The amenities are outstanding. We were celebrating our 37th wedding late and they left us a beautiful (and delicious) chocolate cake in our room. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. ...

Daily room cleaning service. room size is OK for London. Bathroom size is good and clean. I guess, recent remodeled. Just a little bit pricey, may be OK for London Soho area. Highly recommended."

"Great location, but the photos of the rooms were quite deceptive. Though the rooms are very well kept and clean, the images made the rooms look much larger. DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION DURING A WARM PERIOD. Though air conditioning is listed as an amenity, our room was at 25C (77F) during our entire last evening. We called reception in the middle of the night, and a very condescending young man arrived at our room indicating nothing was wrong. I know enough about HVAC to assess that there...
