"From checking in to departing every aspect of our experience was absolutely the best. The room was beautiful, very clean and well appointed. A waiting hospitality package and a personized greeting card was very special, and the afternoon wine meet and greet was a warm feel for everyone in attendance. Ontbijtbuffet was (veel) minder van keuze in vergelijking met de andere hotels in Londen die we deden. Minder punt: na het uitchecken op de factuur gezien ons meerdere snacks werden aangerekend van de minibar terwijl we maar 1 namen.
