"This hotels staff were so friendly!! They spoke to you every time you entered or left the hotel. They were interested if you had a nice day. They went the extra mile!!! The bed was soooo comfortable. The room was neat and clean and everyday they made up the room. It was one of the best experiences I had in a hotel. Thank you for making us feel like family!!!"

"This hotel is a great find. Location is close to lots of places you want to be. The decor is avant- garde, some might say quirky but it works. The staff is very helpful especially Roman and Emmiy. The pics posted are accurate. Rooms are clean , we had a balcony so we sat out there ( though a bit chilly). There are many restaurants and bars in the area. It’s close to Waterloo station and the area is very artsy. This was our first staying in that area of London and we enjoyed it. "
