"Staff was courteous and helpful. We booked a king size bed but the bed was actually 2 twins mattress connected together. They were extremely uncomfortable, overused, poor quality, sunken in the middle of each bed. The staff was very helpful in fixing the issue by putting a wooden board between the box spring and the mattresses. Furnitures are IKEA standard. Great location in Covent Garden. Overall: wonderful staff, great location."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Henrietta Experimental. Our room was in the newly expanded rooms across the street from the original hotel. The staff were nice and friendly, but not always present because they were manning two different desks on either side of the street. The room itself was very nice, comfortable and had great air conditioning. We slept very well and had plenty of space in the bedroom and the giant attached bathroom. "This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."
