The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"No lobby ,nowhere to sit down.The space was converted into a restaurant. The room on 4th floor was quite good facing toward the back of the property.Bed was good. There was minimal storage space for clothes .Had to leave majority of clothes in suitcase. The TV was very small by modern standards. The bathroom was large . There was a walk in shower with 2 separate showerheads .This would be an unnecessary feature for some people.They could have designed a smaller bathroom with more space for...

"Staff was helpful every day of our stay. We had to change rooms -- first was odiferous; second was noisy; but the third was just right. Nalid, Jake abd Bianca were stellar. The Grand Hotel side of the building is preferable to CQ rooms (the latter need updating). The A/C worked in each room during a mjor heat wave. The lounge was quiet and well-equipped with tea and coffees. The free water was a huge bonus as well. We loved our 9-day stay. We hope to return next year."
