The staff are so warm and welcoming and treat you like an old friend even on the first visit. The location couldn’t be any better. "This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"If your looking for a place that is centrally located, clean, spacious and modern - this is the place. The only draw back is that it is a 4 story walk up - but isn't that what all of London apartments are - walk ups. The place was incredible - and PERFECTLY LOCATED in SoHo to all the bars and restaurants... I had a question about the washer/dryer and the office was very quick to respond and resolve it."

"This hotel is in an excellent location in the heart of Soho but tucked away on a slightly quieter street. They give you complimentary wine from 6-7pm every evening. Our room had a great little kitchenette with a sink, fridge, drinking water tap and complimentary tea & coffee. I also appreciated that the TV had Chromecast so I could watch streaming services, the Molton Brown soaps, and the excellent water pressure in the shower. Highly recommend."
