"The staff in the room was amazing. This boutique hotel in the heart of Covent Garden was exactly where I needed it to be. I only wish that they had more amenities other than the in room Keurig and mini refrigerator. To note, you must bring an adapter if you’re coming from the states."

"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"if you want to be in the center of absolutely everything, this place is for you. it is conveniently located for most areas/places. very easy transportation wise / tube. it is a heavy traffic area so do not expect it to be secluded or super quiet. the room does its job, i do wish it had been a bit colder in the room but i also stayed on of the heatwave weeks so i'm just glad the air con worked period. the price is super reasonable, the staff is extremely helpful, the food is great. the hotel...

"I booked this hotel at the last minute, and it exceeded all my expectations. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The room was immaculate, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and both the bar and restaurant were fantastic. The breakfast was outstanding and, even better, included in the price. The location couldn’t have been better, making it easy to explore London. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough and will definitely stay here again in a heartbeat."
