"THER IS NOT"

"Beautiful hotel, comfortable & clean rooms and excellent lounge service, with smooth check-in and check-out. Service and child friendly areas lacking, and small details like reception not picking up the phone, unresponsive room service, niece being given food with allergen when stated clearly before. For a hotel of this standard and price, much greater care is needed, particularly with food allergies."

"We are regular guests at the Royal Lancaster London and have always loved this wonderful hotel, but during our most recent stay, the team truly went above and beyond! We experienced an unexpected emergency, and the management reached out with extraordinary kindness, care, and professionalism. We are incredibly grateful! The hotel is beautiful, the restaurants are excellent and the staff are always warm, attentive, and welcoming. A truly exceptional hotel where genuine hospitality makes all...

"Beautiful hotel, renovated room. Great location and just great service. Will come back to stay."

"Brilliant weekend away. The staff, especially Sayli and Chai were so welcoming and kind. Brilliant location. A cosy, romantic stay close to Hyde Park, Mayfair and Oxford Street but in a quiet street."

"Great property!"

"One of the most amazing rooms I’ve ever been in"

Even though this was a disappointment, the staff were super-pleasant . Excellent gym. All new Technogym equipment. Restaurant is pretty good, although if you are used to the normal serving order in a Japanese...

"Très bel hôtel à Londres, à 2 minutes de marche de Paddington Station et de Hyde Park. Situé sur une rue privée très paisible. Tout était parfait, mais la salle de bain est un peu désuète et le resto/bar est très acceuillant mais un peu petit."

"Nice location. Clean room, nice staff at breakfast. Breakfast is good and not too much for me."

"Very friendly staff. Secure location. Great service. The room was clean and fresh."
