"This hotel has THE BEST staff! The best location and the most beautiful tea room. Food is great. We had breakfast there every morning. We definitely will go back every year. Rooms are so quiet and beds are so comfortable The decoration is so beautiful. There is a small gym with basic equipment to get a good workout. Thank you !!"

"We had a wonderful stay. We just returned home yesterday. The room was a perfect size for two of us. We had the basic room. The hotel is close to so many buses and tube stations. Thank goodness the hotel has air conditioning. It was so hot. Hyde Park is just a few steps away. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"The room was very clean. Air conditioning is easy to use, though a little noisy. The negative: breakfast was poor. We arrived 45 mins before closing: the hot plate food was dry, stale. When requested to cook something fresh, it wasn’t taken well, This is an international hotel and should cater as such to ensure all requests are taken care of.
