"This hotel has THE BEST staff! The best location and the most beautiful tea room.
Food is great. We had breakfast there every morning.
We definitely will go back every year.
Rooms are so quiet and beds are so comfortable
The decoration is so beautiful. There is a small gym with basic equipment to get a good workout.

"The position was excellent, a couple of streets from Harrods’ and close to 2 tube stations as well as the V & A, Natural History Museum and Royal Albert Hall. Very spacious with huge comfortable beds, balconies off the bedrooms with table and chairs and air con in the bedrooms.
Absolutely great in all respects. Be awakes though that there is a quite large security deposit and they also ask for ID on arrival."

"The room was very clean. Air conditioning is easy to use, though a little noisy.
The negative: breakfast was poor.
We arrived 45 mins before closing: the hot plate food was dry, stale. When requested to cook something fresh, it wasn’t taken well,
This is an international hotel and should cater as such to ensure all requests are taken care of.
Other residents also noted the hotel breakfast offerings were basic.
I also don’t agree that we should be charged extra for use of facilities:...
