"I had a wonderful stay at the The Kensington Hotel. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and made the entire experience feel special from start to finish. The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. Room service was quick and delicious, and the bar had a cozy atmosphere with great cocktails. The location in Kensington is perfect. Close to everything, but still peaceful. I would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent,slightly"quirky" hotel. We only chose the smaller double room but it was perfectly fine for one night.lovely bathroom etc,comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent. Mainly continental with small selection of hot English. All very fresh and attractively presented. As an aside,my wife "lost" a valuable engagement ring overnight. Searched everywhere in the room. No trace. Very upsetting. Advised reception and ,amazingly,we received phone call later in the day to say it had been found by...

"Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They always greet you at the door and offer advice about places to dine or sites to see. Rooms are not huge, but that is typical in London for most hotels. The lobby is beautiful. Stayed twice and it was great "

"City break with my cousin. The hotel is in a good location and a short walk from South Kensington tube station; the staff where freindly and helpful, the breakfast on the morning was nice. Lots of places to chose to eat out on a night time that are within walking distance if the hotel. If you want to use the pool it's best to pick a day that is going to be the least busy to get your money's worth as it cost £15 per day for each person and, we took advantage of the adult only times which where...

"We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly. The property is beautiful even though there are some items that need updating. Nothing crazy. Just details I noticed. But I would stay here again. These items wouldn’t prevent me from booking again. It’s really close to the tube so it’s very convenient. "

"My wife and I stayed at this hotel for seven nights. We loved the location right across the street from the tube and a bus stop. The surrounding South Kensington neighborhood was very nice and felt high-end. The staff was kind and professional. Our room was well appointed. The mattress, bedding and towels were luxurious. We will definitely be coming back when we visit London next time. I highly recommend this property."
