"Lovely friendly staff and a clean and functional room. Perfect for our stay on the Kensington area of London, close to all the local museums and points of interest. The room was great, spacious and comfortable with minimal road noise from the buy road outside. Restaurant offers a good breakfast as well. "We stayed there for 4 nights so we wanted a bit of space. We booked a 2 room suite thinking it would be like the pictures. Upon check in they put us on floor 5 where the ceiling was very low and there was no view or direct light as the windows faced the roof abbutment. It was very dreary and slightly claustrophobic. They were very nice and showed up a similar room which had higher ceilings but the windows looked onto some kind of air shaft so hardly any light got in. They kindly then showed us...

"The room was clean and had a coffee/tea bar. The shower was very small. I loved the boutique feeling of the hotel and it felt private and pretty quiet. Also, location was great. Close to multiple tube stations and good walking distance to Notting Hill. There is a narrow stairway up to the lift and some stairs also to get to the rooms so it would not work for someone with mobility issues. "
