"This was our first time staying at The Other House and we would definitely come back. The apartment was small but they made greatbuse of space and furnishings were unique and welcoming. The location was very central, easy walk to Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, lots of great restaurants to choose from and area felt very safe. We only used the lounge for a drink one night. "

Quite, safe street with Sainsburys next door for all shopping needs. Apartment spotless with good facilities (although cupboards a bit too high for small me). Staff friendly and reception manned for check in. Will be back! "

"Wonderful apartment. Everything was new. The staff were super helpful and courteous. There’s someone available at the front desk 24/7 which is really nice, especially because we had an early departure. The beds were comfy including the sleeper sofa. The shower is to die for. Convenient location, walking distance to good restaurants and several tube stops and museums. We had a wonderful stay and will be back. Thank you Lexham Gardens. "

"The entrance of the hotel is sweet and pretty. The location is wonderful because it’s right next to the underground tube station and very central in Kensington. That was the best part of the hotel, the location. However, I stayed on the first floor and the AC barely worked. The air was blowing well and you couldn’t adjust it. I should’ve complained, but I didn’t and at checkout, I let them know and they didn’t seem to care. I should have complained before. So if you find the AC, not working...

"The hotel is beautiful and perfectly situated for visiting the Chelsea Flower Show, Harrods and V&A museum. The room was fantastic and the front of house staff were friendly and very helpful however, the restaurant lets this hotel down. The food took too long to arrive and the staff were not very attentive. They appeared to be under pressure even when the restaurant was not particularly busy. "Breakfast was fine-be aware that they provide boiled eggs and cold cuts. The pastries are freshly baked. Good selection of cold cereals, breads, etc. Nice start to the day! Breakfast staff are friendly. Suite was very nice with well stocked kitchenette, two nice tv’s. Also had a washing machine. I had booked a ground level suite which is not the first floor-it is the lower level (stairs/elevator)"
