"Absolutely loved our short stay in this beautiful hotel. Quirky and boutique, it is perfectly located for anybody wanting to visit the South Kensington area which of course includes the wonderful museums and the Royal Albert Hall which is only 10 minutes walk away. A warm welcome, immaculately clean spacious and really comfortable room, super bathroom with a great shower and lovely large soft fluffy towels, tea and coffee making facilities in the room which were very welcome, air conditioning...

No phone in room, no doorman help with bags or luggage up to room, young and hip staff to support look and feel but service goes a long way in this industry and it lacked attention and genuine helpfulness for the price paid"

"The property is located within short walking distance from Earls Court station and Gloucester Road. I loved how spacious this hotel was including all the amenities we needed. The staff were all lovely and accommodating - we requested an extra blanket, mirror to do our makeup, and late checkout and they were super lovely and helpful."

"Breakfast adequate Self service of coffee/ tea/ toast. Not what I would expect of a four star London Hotel. Dinner: After discussion with server regarding the curry dish. We asked for medium which was way to hot. On discussion the Manager offered £10..00 discount. We were not particularly happy as we were unable to eat the meal. However. We advised the hotel if they needed the money they would take it. We would not recommend due to the issues stated ,plus bedrooms were only average."

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in London und haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen. Das Apartment ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, sauber und bietet viel Platz für eine Familie. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Lage – die U-Bahn-Station ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, wodurch sich alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Londons bequem erkunden lassen. Beim Check-in sowie mit dem WLAN gab es zunächst kleinere Schwierigkeiten. Der Gastgeber hat jedoch sehr schnell reagiert...

"The hotel is ideally located— in the heart of Kensington, a short walk to Museum row and Kensington Palace, and just steps away from the underground ( with service via the Picadilly line direct to Heathrow). A lovely, well appointed property. Excellent hot and cold breakfast, with a lot of choice."

"Das Hotel ist sehr spannend eingerichtet. In unserem Zimmer war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit sehr zuvorkommend. Der Aufzug ist etwas unheimlich und läuft nicht besonders stabil"

"Hotel tres propre. Situe a 5 min du metro dans un secteur chic et securitaire. A 5 min aussi de 2 epiceries, d une pharmacie et de plusieurs restaurants. Le personnel a ete tres accueillant et aidant. Petite cuisinette bien equipee poir nos besoins. Le seul bemol: pas de cafetiere dans la chambre que nous avions mais il semble qu il y en ait dans des chambres superieures."
