"Room service needs improvement. Firstly my order was delayed due to a malfunction and then when is was delivered (pasta arrabiata) it was delivered with condiments of ketchup, brown sauce and mustard! Something I can’t imagine anyone wanting! When I asked for Parmesan, a rather obvious accompaniment, the server had no idea what I was asking for!"

"The club lounge was a free for all. Understaffed and no one to meet at the door. The service seem better in the main dining hall. Base of the glass shower door was dirt and I noted the wiring for the heated towel rail was too close to the tub. Water could easily splash on the exposed wires. Is this wiring to code? Room 1218."
