"We stayed for 4 nights in the Aldwych Rm, early July, 2025. Fantastic hotel, beautifully decorated throughout! Our room was wonderful, cool, quiet, incredible bathroom, and an extremely comfortable bed! This hotel room was worth every penny, great breakfast every morning, included in the price! Air conditioning in room, that was so welcome during the current UK heat wave, brilliant staff, good TV setup, very easy and powerful WiFi, room amenities that included complimentary drinks and snacks!...

"This hotel service and style was superb! We stayed at 6 hotels throughout this trip and this hotel was my favorite. It had the best customer service and food. The back patio garden was serene. The room was comfortable but very cozy. Two people in a Superior room is tight- especially with the small bathroom size. I recommend opting for a larger room. Hope to stay here again!"

"Es war ein sehr freundlicher Empfang im Hotel. Vormittags vor dem Check-in die Koffer zu deponieren, war einfach möglich. Im Hotel und Zimmer hingen Gemälden und Grafiken, welche das hohe Niveau unterstrichen. Wir hatten ein sehr gutes Frühstück a la carte und Buffet. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Sehr gern kommen wir wieder beim nächsten mal in London."
