"Quiet surroundings. Welcome & check in was friendly and efficient. The room was clean, and uncluttered making unpacking easy. Same with the reverse when it was time to go. The beds & pillows are extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, fresh foods offered for every dietary need. The table staff were welcoming and always seemed to know when we needed more coffee or water. Looking forward to next time I visit London."

"Pros: The pool was a highlight for our family; our kids (13 and 9) had a great time, especially on the slide, which was their favourite part. It did get busy, but that was expected. We loved that our room had a balcony overlooking the pool, and the warm, humid air helped our swimsuits dry quickly. "We stay here every year when we come to London for dance competitions because of the large, clean rooms, friendly staff, and hot buffet breakfast that is included with our stay. The staff is courteous and professional, and always willing to help. The on-site EV charger is an added convenience!"

"Staff was very nice. Room was very updated and clean. The suite had an large fridge with freezer, microwave, plates and utensils as well as a hot plate which i have never seen before in previous suites I had booked at other places. It was quite impressive. Would have likes an ice bucket and there was no hand soap in the bathroom. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Good breakfast other than the omelet that is served which, in my opinion, inedible. Checking in and out was very quick and easy....

"We arrived late on a very cold windy night and the young man at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive. When I asked if there were tea bags in the room he said there were but that he could make me a cup as well. I so appreciated his overall thoughtfulness that one doesn’t see much any more, and of course the great cup of tea!"

"Only stayed 1 night but it was good. Checking in took some time because of a slow moving line but besides that no complaints. Breakfast was included with our stay and we were very impressed with what was provided for a hot breakfast. It was really good to have fresh made hot food."

"Didnt use the laundry. The exterior was being renovated so they appear to be putting mo ey back into the place. Staff were friendly. It was winter when I stayed there. The heater worked very well. Lots of parking. Food places, mostly fast food, in the area seem to close around 11pm-12am. "

"Room had multiple visible red blood stains on the bedding, floor, and bathroom wall/outlet when we checked in late at night. Sheets smelled laundered but were clearly stained. I documented everything with photos and reported it to the manager in the morning. He dismissed it and refused a refund. Expedia support contacted the property but was also refused. This is a sanitation issue, not a preference issue. I would not stay here again."

"There was lots of parking. The room was clean, although it did smell a bit Smokey. There was no coffee maker in the room which I thought there was supposed to be. I could be wrong. The bed was comfy and it was quiet. We made use of the jacuzzi tub which was nice."

My stay at this location started out rocky when I checked in and found out that the room I had just moved my luggage into hadn't been cleaned yet after the previous visitor. The cleaning staff member who came to tidy up was irritated that I was in the unit before it was cleaned, then I had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes until she was done.
