"Decent hotel for a short stay, rooms could be a little cleaner! Cobwebs in corners, floors not properly swept, stains on bed linen! But for the price not a bad stay!"
"Booked a 2 queen suite for 2 adults 3 kids. We arrived and were told they only had a king suite. This was 11pm and cheer competition weekend. So nothing else available. We said fine whatever. There were people sitting in the hallways at 11pm outside our room. No fault of hotel. The room was dirty. The trashcans had stuff in them. The comforters were dirty with red candy and dirt. There was piece of food on the floor and hair. The shower was covered in some interesting hairs. Overall it was a place to sleep for the night. But man the good reviews were deceiving. And the breakfast room was really dirty. Like my shoes are still sticky. We had to track someone down for food to be refilled. No cups for coffee either."
"They don’t vacuum hallways much. Also, I was told to use the stairwell, there is no elevator. Now, as a contractor, I have multiple bags. The next morning I saw someone getting on the elevator!! Breakfast was standard. Do not eat at Bob Evans down the road- I got food poisoning! It’s been 3 days and I’m still not well! Bring your own body wash- they have bar soaps. 1 washcloth for two days in the room."
"Had to ask for cups which should have already been in the room. The night front desk attendant was helpful and ran around to get those. Shower soap and conditioner were surprisinly good. Shower water pressure was so-so and lacked hot water in the morning. The indoor pool and hot tub area looked nice. Luggage carts sound like a train on the ground floor...upstairs carpet is quieter. Walls are paper thin so keep noise and conversations at a low volume if you want or respect privacy."
