"While checking in police arrived to cope with a long term stay tenant
Secondly the place is falling apart advertise for pool and it's never open. Although new staff is super nice people it's the child molestors that live in this hotel
What was once an amazing place to stay years ago has fallen to society's druggies and child molestors
Truly disappointed in the places dismay hard to open a door to get into the building let alone outside it's is the crack motel in my book
Rooms are not truly cleaned and it's just it suited the purpose to sleep nothing else "
"The pool and hot tub were wonderful! The breakfast was had several warm food options for breakfast, as well as fresh muffins and the usual breakfast items.
Our room was clean and smelled good."
"The hotel was completely run down. The whole building smelled of mildew. The room was "clean" but everything was gross I'm the building.
Clear water damage throughout the entire facility. Mold and mildew openly on the walls. There was a full hole in the window frame to the outside. The air conditioning unit was literally duct taped together."
"The cleanliness of the hotel was appalling. There’s an overwhelming smell that greets you as soon as you enter the building that sets the standard for the cleanliness of the rest of the stay that is to come:The linens from the towels to the sheets had stains throughout. Paint chipping off the wall in the bathroom and what I could only imagine was grease stains from previous guest on the barely filled toiletries in the shower. Thankfully the smell of the lobby only lingers into the hallways, from what I witnessed was caused by cussing staff dragging leaking garbage. The convenience of side entrances are not secured by any means. We travel with safety in mind and I did not even feel safe going out to my car unless I had my firearm on my person at all times.
I’ve stayed at quality hotels in the past and this is by far the worst location I’ve ever been at, I would expect this from the super 8 next doors!
We had to travel into a town for a funeral and thought this would be our best option.
Despite our circumstances of funeral arrangements and choosing to leave early the hotel management would not extend us a refund!
Buyers beware, if you attempt to checkout early at all you will still be charged for your entire trip!
"
"We've stayed here many times and the property is in need of remodeling. When we checked in, the assigned room door was open and the tv was on. We were placed in a larger room to stone. The bathroom needed repairs. "
