"The floors and showers in my room were incredibly dirty. Dust and dirt in all the corners of the room. Housekeeping was basically non existent. I had to continually ask for new towels or my garbage removed. They were not able to provide any towels at any time. They wanted me to wait for them to do a load of laundry at 9pm just to get one new bath towel. No elevators or staff to help with bags. The phone numbers listed online do not work and they never once answer my texts or calls to the front desk. Upon checking out, there was no one onsite and no one at front desk to assist. Beds were a very hard memory foam so not very comfortable. “Suites” don’t include any kitchenette, only a fridge and microwave and one fork/knife. Had to borrow plates from a friends standard room that had a full kitchenette including plates, cups, and hot plate. Very loud through the walls you can hear everything. Would not recommend. "
