"We had a nice stay overall. The rooms are soundproof to outside noise (not inside as we discovered in the AM with the room next to us.) We had a nice corner room with windows looking across the street to the ocean through the buildings across the way. Our bartender was top notch! He made our drinks, brought our food, and was so incredibly personable. But the bed… the comforter was yellowed and had a stain like lipstick on it, but the worst part was the pillows. The pillows are like thinly stuffed down. My husband and I used two and sunk right to the mattress. He said he was up three times during the evening because he couldn’t sleep on flat pillows. I slept on and off because it felt like my head was on the mattress. I’d likely never stay again because of this, or I’d have to travel with one of my own. You need a good night’s sleep.
