" All the staff were very kind and friendly. The building has direct access to beach and beautiful sunset views. The room was very clean and up to date. Was first time ever seeing a bidet in any hotel before. It’s conveniently located close to local dining venues and grocery stores. There is a snack rack and drink cooler that aren’t overly hotel priced and a fresh variety continental breakfast. "

"Its an older hotel with charm with a good view of marina. Staff is very friendly. Parking was good. Location is quiet. Price is reasonable for the room. We spent 2 days there. Breakfast was okay. "

"Nothing was enjoyable about this hotel we got the most expensive room and it wasn’t even one that was renovated. The person that checked us in was rude and when we asked for another towel she got snippy with us and said do we really need another towel. The bath tub in our room had brown liquid running down from the spout and the back door didn’t lock. I felt very unsafe. The bed was also hard as a rock and caused me and my husband sever pain in our backs. I will not be returning until they finish their renovations even then I might not even return. "

"Parking was safe and easy. Air conditioning worked well and there were two fans in our room to make it even more comfortable!"

"Clean rooms and nice decent stay only issue was the AC unknown if it was working or not. But it worked out with the weather at nighttime as it cooled down "

"This is the only hotel me and my family will ever stay at while visiting Lincoln city. The staff are so friendly and helpful. You get free local coffee at check in, breakfast is made fresh everyday with a changing menu. The views were fantastic with 24 hour beach access. The pool is heated and the steam room gives you a place to relax. There are two fire pits with comfy seating for groups wanting to hang out. There is a deck for guests to sit and enjoy the ocean while relaxing with a book or music. Pet and child friendly. They offer packages that provide you and your family with beach time fun. They cater to couples too. My husband and I spend every anniversary here and go for our son's birthday."
