"Room appeared clean. The bathroom was not. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom, in the tub, and on shower wall. Urine under toilet seat and small spot on floor under the toilet. I cleaned it with the wipes that I brought but paying for a room that doesn't appear cleaned is not my vibe. Some people can deal with it but I would pass if you have a cleanliness ick."

"Our stay at Surf Sand Resort was amazing. Room was clean and cozy. The amenities were top notch, starting with cookies in the lobby, the galaxy light was amazing, balcony view we decided to stay in and enjoy the The amazing room service from Wayfarer. We definitely plan to come back."

"We had a beach front room and the view was beautiful. Rooms are older, but spacious. We couldn’t get the bedroom tv to work and internet was slow but it didn’t matter all that much to us. Staff was kind and helpful, property grounds were clean, location excellent. Room was great for a family, stocked kitchen and spacious. Quant spaces, close to everything, not five star luxury if that is what you are looking for but not needed here, it’s gorgeous! Wild bunnies on sight are a fun bonus for kids."
River Inn at Seaside

"Liked the location because it was convenient to everything. The “river view” was a disappointment. Nothing to see except a road next to it and surrounding buildings were a bit run down. The staff was friendly and rooms were fine but nothing fancy. Liked that there was a washer and dryer on the premises."
