"I arrived before check in and the hotel stored my luggage for me so I could go to a baseball game. The reception area was very clean and relaxing. The hotel staff were very professional and accommodating. My room was very spacious and comfortable compared to other big city hotels. The hotel itself was a little bit hard to find at first but it’s actually in a really convenient location near subway stations. The bed was amazing and the hallways were very quiet so I got great sleep! I also got a cute happy birthday note as well. I would definitely stay here again."

"When busy hours, the lift has to be waiting too long time. The bath room is too busy. Overall is good but the facilities can’t support full house occupancy. The location is near to JR station but not metro station. How to walk around 10 mins to Namba shopping area."

"Rooms were clean, staff was great, most were able to speak English. Double room was a bit tight but that seems to be the norm. Area is nice and there are lots of restaurants within walking distance."

"Yes this room is tiny and frankly difficult to navigate in room with two people. You really can’t beat the location. Walking distance from lots of fun things to see and do. We booked two rooms for basically price of one- I really can’t complain."
