"Amazing staff(very kind and detailed oriented) and beautifully traditional ryokan that I enjoyed staying here. But the a bit strict about the hours- the entrance door is locked between 12am to 6 am so if you are an avid runner or late night party person, you better not stay here. Also they are quite flexible that they let me to use the library for my business meeting at 5 am in Japanese time(4 pm EST) but there is no business area that you can use at their non working hours(library opens at 8...

"This place is amazing! Extremely clean and beautiful property. Very authentic and traditional experience. Not much English on signs and instructions, which made it a great experience. Onsen is wonderful, and very hot! Slippers and robes when you arrive. Definitely stay here if you’re in the area."

"7/3〜4日の一泊朝食付きプランで宿泊。 フロントの男性はとても優しい笑顔の方で対応も凄く良かったです。 ロビーにはフリードリンクがあり夜はアルコールも飲む事が出来ます。私は白ワインを頂きキャラメルポップコーンもとても美味しかった。 お風呂は露天風呂もありそこから見える夜景はとても綺麗です。お湯もとても柔らかく温度も適度です。 ただ、アメニティー関係は少し少なめかな？ 後桶とお風呂の椅子はもう少し丁寧にお掃除必要かも？？ お部屋はとても清潔感ありシンプルです。ただこちらも夜景は最高でした。Wi-Fiもありです。ちなみに部屋にお風呂はありません。 朝ご飯は和食です。THE日本の朝ご飯と言う感じ。品数も豊富でご飯とお味噌汁はおかわり出来ます。ご飯、しじみの味噌汁、茶碗蒸しが特に美味しかったです。 どのスタッフの方も大変感じが良く次は紅葉の季節に行きたいなぁと思います。"

"Ada 2 hotel yang bernama sama satu di kota Kyoto and satu lagi di Kameoka. Hotel ini terletak di Kameoka! Saya sekeluarga and banyak orang termasuk taxi drivers tidak tahu bedanya. Kita nyasar sampai jam 12am! Dan ini terletak di luar kota kyoto. Jadi harus jelas ketika tamu mau booking hotel ini karena pasti salah hotel. Hotel pun sadar and meminta maaf ketika kami check in jam 1am. And mereka memberi kita Sparkling Wine sebagai permintaan maaf. Services hotel sungguh memuaskan."
