"The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast and coffee was very good. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the USB outlets by the bed and under the TV weren't working, but the one on the lamp was. The TV occasionally had bad reception, but not too bad.The air conditioning unit by the window leaked water on the floor at times, but it still worked well and kept the room nice and cool."

"The property personnel were helpful, especially the proprietor who was on duty all 4 days of my stay. My room was very dusty. I have videos showing the extent. The bathroom had numerous cracks in the grout on a number of places, forcets on shower fixtures ,cracks in the toilet seat questioning the spread of infectious bacteria. The toilet grout at the base was cracking leading to overflows of fluids from showering. I do have pictures and videos of these areas as I was disappointed in the upkeep...

"For this to be a newer hotel it was old looking and not maintained at all. The first room smelled of mold/mildew so we were moved to a different room. The bathtub was rusted and had mold around the tub. The housekeeping came at 9am and we were trying to get ready for my Dad’s funeral, so we asked them to come back but they didn’t. So that evening we had to ask for towels. The next day we had to ask for room service again. Just very disappointing."
