"This resort needs major repairs . It’s only 6 years old but deterioration is quite obvious . Pictures online are not a true depiction of what you see in a studio room . The only thing worthy is the pool . You do not have access to the beach as the dunes are so high you cannot crossover unless you are a very young adult . Once again resort not explaining or disclosing any information regarding accessibility to the beach"

"We had to kill 2-3 roaches in our room. The rooms were really outdated because not even usb chargers were available. Price is overkill for the state of hotel. The sheets were dingy. And towels were dingy too. The pool needed cleaning due to debris but could have been from recent rains. Staff was nice and breakfast was good."

"Honestly it was a terrible experience. It was hot in our room ac was not working. Literally sleeping in your sweat. The only thing the ac was good for was spilling water all over the floor potentially causing a slipping hazard. Owner was not helpful and instead argues with you that you’re complaining. The location was nice but otherwise will not recommend."

"The room was filthy and had a heavy smoke smell. There were many, many mosquitos in the room. Mattress was extremely uncomfortable, could feel and hear springs when sitting or lying down. We were so dissatisfied we had to check out a day early. I will be asking for a refund for the last day. We had a helpful maid who couldn't speak but she honored our request to have the bed sheets changed,"

"I request to clean my room for 3 days in a row, and they didn’t do it. They cleaned at the 4th day. Also no shampoo, no towels and they took more than an hour to check in"
