"Check in was a breeze, as I came driving with my infant and older toddler. I opted for the valet and they were helpful and patient with my incredible amount of luggage. The breakfast spread is amazing! Helpful for me to either eat in the area or bring up to our rooms. I would stay here again any time!"

"We loved that this hotel was right in the heart of downtown Chicago. It was about a one mile walk to the Chicago River along Michigan Avenue. City bus service was also easily accessed a block away. The staff was lovely. The suite was fully outfitted with everything we needed for prepping light meals. We would certainly stay in this hotel again."
