"Very nice room and a great location. The staff were helpful when needed. The only minor negative was the minimal housekeeping service over a four night stay. Not sure what their policy is, but even upon request they only provided new towels and never made up the beds. All in all though, a very pleasant stay."

The A/C needed shut off during the night due to the loud noise. Breakfast was barely warm and the same every day. Room furniture and bathroom outdated and uncomfortable"

"The suite was great for our family of 5. Breakfast was hot each morning and there was lots of space for guests to eat. The pool was very rowdy in the evenings so we didn’t use it much. A lot of children were there without parental supervision which was frustrating. The games room was great. My family enjoyed fooseball and the switch console provided by the hotel."

"I was disappointed when I first arrived. It looks more like a motel than a hotel. But when I got into the room, everything was fine. I love the hot tub in the room. But generally I think the pictures on Expedia are deceptive of the real deal."

"Our suite was amazing. What a beautiful suite and it had everything we needed, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, etc. Beautifully decorated and I love the story of this building. We had a water issue under the bathroom sink which was spilling onto the floor. We notified the front desk and someone was at our door within minutes and the issue was fixed within a half hour. Staff were amazing. The included breakfast was very good as well and not your typical hotel included...

"We were 3 people with a 8 year old. Bedding was enough to accommodate us. Property was super clean with all the necessary things. As an Indian family, there was enough utensils to prepare Indian food. Was first hesitate to book this cottage reading Google reviews but, I think this property was exactly what it was listed. It's not super luxurious so if you want luxurious stay than go ahead. It's perfect for normal people with normal necessities."
