"I was very disappointed by the cleanliness of the room.I was there 8 days. By the end of my stay, you could write your name in the dust on the facial tissue holder. Used towels would be picked up; replacements not left. The shower was never cleaned. I had to go to the front desk for facial tissues & toilet paper when mine ran out. "rooms were ok. staff was courteous and nice. courtesy breakfast is sub-standard. I suspect the eggs were from a prepackaged powder where they just whip it up prior to heating it. swimming pool looked just ok…I just don’t know how often they change the water. Was disappointed with the chain being cheap with no courtesy bottled water for their guests."

"Room was very large! We had 2 queens and a sofa bed and it was like the size of 2+ rooms! It was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was decent with a number of hot and cold options."

"Really. disappointed with this hotel. Overall. false advertisement. It says close to airport- it's not! It's 20-25 min away. The website states there is 24/7 airport shuttle- there isn't! I purposely selected this hotel due to the shuttle option because I was traveling with my elderly mother and we were landing at 1am. Apparently, the shuttle doesn't run from 1-3am, but that isn't what is stated. Had to get an Uber, which was an extra cost. The hotel rooms smelled like old dingy cigarettes....

"After having to leave our vrbo downtown because it was aweful most hotels were booked full. We found this one and when we got there shared our story with the front desk and head of housekeeping. They were so kind and all about making sure our new “home” for the next 3 days was up to par. They were so awesome and our stay was great!"
