"Absolutely disgusted with the establishment as a whole. We arrived to a broken bed they refused to fix until the next day. I text. I emailed. I called SEVERAL TIMES OVER MULTIPLE PLATFORMS. Nails were sticking out. Walls were marked. Smoke detectors were chirping. Outside lights were hanging off. Shingles are missing. The previous person was absolutely right. Their attention to detail is ridiculous. They are a “good enough” stay. Their customer service is AWFUL!! I’m positive they will respond...

"We didn’t end up staying in the property. We arrived and it was dirty and smelled bad. The floors were so sticky and dirty. There were white spots on the living room curtains, the living room smelled like feet and I saw a bug crawling on the floor. Upstairs the same thing with the floor, quite frankly nothing felt clean. Downstairs there is a sliding/glass door that locks only by a tiny latch. The house is not fenced in and the neighborhood looked sketchy. I didn’t feel safe/comfortable having...
